Our favorite hotel in Midrand, staff was friendly. Easy walk from freeway. Location, short way from all attractions.

Nothing negative to say.

Service was excellent as we had expected. We enjoyed our stay here & can recommend it. Easy access to O.R. Tambo International airport, which was about 30 minutes' drive away. Wi-Fi was a bonus.

The room was very comfortable, with a safe in room and good sized cupboard. Spacious bathroom and shower. Safe parking.

Somehow the booking via Booked.net was not received/recorded by the hotel and another booking had to be made there. Fortunately a room was available and the manageress was very helpful. Another problem was that the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied after the previous occupants had checked out. (Not very hygienic), obviously not quality checked after cleaning. Also that the basin and shower drains had a distinct stale water smell once water had been run.

shower blocked. problem with room with tv had to change rooms.communication not good between staff, had to repeat stuff. but night staff did bring small fruit basket. did not check reviews: n/a

Enjoy meals and bar facilties

As this is not the 1ste time we are staying there the overall feeling of the hotel is very good. The location is excellent and it is not to expensive.

The showers water presure is not so good. Include bar fridges in each room - it can be empty or you should have a tick list should a customer wishes to include siders; cooldrinks to be in the fridge at an extra charge and add extra sugar for coffee.

We did not like teh entrance to teh hotel, you have to drive through soem back road lined with huge trucks, it almost seems that you are lost..... But thanks to garmin, we found teh place!
